Safety - Mirror slide doors

Postby N_murph » Tue Dec 07, 2010 10:52 am

Are your mirror doors safe to install with children around the house?? Im thinking of having some new doors fitted on my hall cupboard and its a dark dreary hallway, so think mirrors are the best idea.. although i'd worry that if one of my children crashed against them would they shatter or cause harm? Sliding doors for wardrobes (cork)

Postby phil_c » Tue Dec 14, 2010 2:45 pm

Can your sliding doors be split vertically rather than horizontally?

i'd like a door with mirror going up the centre and a strip of black glass either side .. the wardrobe would be ten foot so three doors would be right would it? let me know by e-mail thanks.. Phil C, Cork

hi, so glad i chose robedesign sliding doors for my attic conversion.. the mirror doors brighten the whole room so much! I didnt think they could create that much light and the effect of more space :)
