Interior Design

Postby K.Finlay » Mon Jul 05, 2010 12:39 pm

I just viewed your gallery of wardrobes, very impressive! I have an eleven foot alcove, the wardrobe is for 2 people, how many doors would be on that? could you give me examples of interiors for 2 people. His & hers? ... i would like a couple of drawers on both sides also for underwear etc... Thanks.

Hi Keith

This would be a three door sliding wardrobe see image attached.

The interior includes, 3 standard drawers each with a cosmetic drawer & jewellery drawer each. Plenty of adjustable shelving on both sides, long hanging for dresses, robes long coats etc & shoe storage below. Double hanging in centre unit. Were you thinking of any certain type of door at this stage Keith

Thanks for that, looks very good ! we were thinking of having one full mirror door in the centre and maybe a light coloured glass on the other two doors. What is the most popular door in your range at the moment?? Where is the closest wardrobe showroom to Bray??

Postby karen_athlone » Tue Jul 06, 2010 4:14 pm

Are all shelves in your [urlhttp://www.robedesign.ie/page/art/26/wardrobes]wardrobes[/url] the adjustable type as standard ? Also how can you do a plain white ash door?

Fabulous wardrobes !!!

Postby p_orourke » Wed Jul 07, 2010 10:28 am

My neighbour recently had a wardrobe fitted by yourselves & i popped in to see them, i'm very impressed with it so now i'm looking for a new wardrobe :) They create so much space & the doors glide so smoothly, she got 2 doors in light blue glass & the centre door in mirror which suited her master bedroom perfectly... although my room is more classic style with dark wooden floors and dark leather bed, any recommendations on doors ? I was thinking of something like a plain mirror door in the centre maybe, not sure what i would like in the other 2 doors though??

12 foot wardrobe design

Postby wilmaF » Wed Jul 07, 2010 10:40 am

Could one of your designers draw a wardrobe interior for me ?
I want to get rid of all the furniture in my sons bedroom and just keep the bed and locker. Therefore we would need a Television shelf and shelf for playstation, a couple of drawers for underwear and socks, lots of shelving for his t-shirts/tracksuits. And some hanging for shirts, jeans. I dont think we need a long hanging area, or much shoe storage, maybe just one pull out shoe shelf. Don't need jewellery or cosmetic drawers either. Oh and a belt rail would be great aswell. The wall is 12 foot long and 8ft 3 high.

Thanks, Wilma,
